Hello friends i am here to discuss one very important topic, which takes almost your breath if it happens to you, but one should never want it to happen in its life.Friends after we all complete our education we all need a good job and everybody get prepare for it and put his or her arduous efforts to achieve their goals or dream job that everybody want to have.
The main step for interview is to clear the aptitude test that usually company takes for selecting the appropriate candidates from the bunch of students applied,once should get prepared for it very it very well , because if you can't make through first step than whatever knowledge you have is not worthwhile.
After you clear that you face GD(i.e group discussion) round, their your awareness and communication skills are being checked by the main head, once you clear that then you be able to give the technical and HR round , and this is the time when you face the company persons face to face.
It depends on the company that which round they have to conduct first, suppose you have technical round first , their the interviewer check your technical skills according to post they are their , it is supposed to be the toughest round of the interview, very few and people having core knowledge of their subjects are able to clear this round.
And feel lucky if you clear it because the people who clear this round are supposed to be get selected in HR round.
But WHAT if after clearing so much rounds still you don't get selected , the HR interviewer panel makes you out and doesn't selects you, believe me you just want to kill that Hr if he or she meets you somewhere outside , they should have think that clearing so much rounds is not an easy job they should keep you in the company, because in HR round only your way of speaking communication skills and presence of mind got checked which can be enhanced or absolutely improve .
But guys don't get upset their is never a last chance you really don't know what's their for you in life, and is good for you , might be something better beyond your imagination is waiting for you because god never let easy paths for us but ensures a good life only if we don't get depressed by todays failure and work hard very hard to achieve something that no one has ever think of, because believe you are not rejected you are selected for the better opportunity because every failure encourages you for the improvement in your self.
So in the last my friends whenever you feel defeated go in front of mirror and remember the face of that person who stops you or created some hindrance and promise to yourself thet you will work so har that one day you will be so great that he or she comes to you for a job and THEN MY FRIEND YOU WILL BE THE BOSS AND WE WILL ............................
