10 THINGS FOR GOOD SHAPE BODY | WANT TO BE IN SHAPE | TIPS TO GET GOOD BODY | NEED A TRAINER | EXERCISING TIPS

1.You should be regular to gym and fix a time.
2.The most important is to take care of  your diet, 
                                      In this i would like to give you some advice,
A : Eat black channa , 2 eggs and a glass of milk in the morning.
B : Drink plenty of water in the whole day.
C : in the evening eat atleast 6 eggs without yellow part.
D : in the late night drink atleast 2 glass of water. 

3. As a starter do the mix exercise for at least a week to make your body really tough and bring necessary cutings.
4. Try to go the gym in the eveninig time, this will help you make your energy more utilize.
5. Don't eat any kind of powder for atleast a year and energy drinks for atleast 5 months this will decrease your body power to produce and change the things you eat into necessary compounds biologically, which will cause you harm in the long time.
6.Try to eat natural things, eat as much as you can , and work out as much as you can both things should be kept in balance.
7. 2nd Most important thing take a proper sleep of atleast 8 hours a day.
8. Take a proper rest at SUNDAYS dont try to be so into it, your body needs rest.
9. Follow your trainer do each and every exercise consulting him, because they will definately help you in doing exercises in right and appropriate way,which will help you alot(I am telling you this by my personal experience).
10. Last but not least avoid tobacco,drinking,cigarrates or any other such stuff.
